On a fine Sunday morning, you decide to embark on a dosa-making adventure. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and you’re feeling confident. You heat the pan, convinced it’s reached the ideal temperature. The batter, smooth and inviting, awaits its transformation. But alas, the culinary gods often have other plans. Your first dosa may turn out less like a crisp golden disc and more like an abstract art piece.

But that’s okay, let’s accept it. This small dosa may not go down in dosa history, but that’s perfectly fine.
