The greatest career advice I believe is "Be the person who can figure it out."
Thats it.
The world doesn't care about your fancy degree or perfect resume. It cares about one thing: can you deliver results?
You're going to get handed impossible tasks. Projects that make you stare at your laptop thinking "what the hell am I supposed to do with this?" Requirements that sound like someone wrote while being drunk.
But the winners, they roll up their sleeves anyway. They Google until their fingers hurt. They experiment. They ask strangers. Thet do whatever it takes.
I've been building teams for almost a decade now, and have realised "figure it out" people are pure gold. They get the crazy projects, the fast promotions, the trust that matters.
Because at end of the day... businesses are just piles of problems waiting to be solved. And if you're the person who solves them instead of passing them around, you become indispensable.
Figure it out, and watch people literally fight over you.
