"Vijay, you make the most complex things sound so ridiculously simple." I was told by one of my close friends this weekend.
I was thinking about it for quite some time... whether it's a good thing or a bad thing...

People look at me like I missed something obvious.
Maybe I did miss something.
Maybe I missed the memo that says I have to make business complicated to be taken seriously.
It feels like everyone is racing to adopt the terminology of management consultants, complete with flashy frameworks and trendy buzzwords.
Complexity is absolutely everywhere today, But the question is: are these fancy terms actually providing clarity, or are they just adding to the confusion?
In the world of noises... I have always felt Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication...
