Over the last decade, I co-founded and scaled India's largest B2B mental health platform to 600+ enterprise clients, 4.5 million employees, and 70,000+ therapy sessions each year, in 14+ Indian languages, with 99.99% uptime. Before that, I was at SAP AI building enterprise products, and before that, I started a company that failed spectacularly (and taught me everything). Now I'm thinking about what comes next. Specifically: how timeless business principles apply when AI changes everything.
