Recently at Silver Oak Health, we organised our first-ever internal AI hackathon
In the midst of the AI voices that surround all of us, we at Silver Oak Health too wanted to explore its full potential within our organisation and overall mental health industry. We wanted to move beyond the ususal hype and truly experience what AI has to offer.
Over a span of 2 Days, the entire Silver Oak Health transformed, metaphorically into a nurturing haven for AI Visionaries exploring cutting-edge technologies and leveraging them for the betterment of the mental health industry. We had more than 30 participants from 10 different internal departments showcasing their novel ideas and projects. From the vibrant atmosphere in our office to the virtual connections across different locations, our teams showcased their ingenuity and collaboration, proving once again that innovation knows no bounds.
From AI-powered chatbots providing personalised mental health guidance to predictive models that identify early signs of distress, From AI-powered Dashboards that predict in advance the experience of our Customers to the innovative AI-curated treatment plans. The level of dedication and thoughtfulness put into these ideas was truly remarkable and surpassed all expectations.
As we adopt these solutions and bring them to life we are confident that the success of this Hackathon will not be limited to Silver Oak Health alone. We firmly believe that the impact of these AI-based will set in motion a transformative wave that will positively shape the entire mental health industry and make a meaningful difference in the lives of countless individuals.
We are indebted to all Silver Oak Health colleagues for their commitment & enthusiasm for improving mental health through AI innovation. The passion, innovative thinking, and tireless efforts displayed by our teams were truly remarkable.
We also had the privilege of hosting Ravi Garikipati and Siva Ramamoorthy as our esteemed judges. Their expertise, guidance, and valuable insights were instrumental in selecting the most promising solutions. We are also incredibly grateful for their invaluable support and input which will undoubtedly guide us as we further develop and implement these AI-based solutions.
