Wheels on Suitcases came years after putting man on the moon !!!
Man landed on the moon in 1969. Wheeled suitcases became widespread much later in late 1970s.
That means we figured out how to launch humans 238,000 miles into space, land them on another celestial body, and bring them back alive. Wow...
But we couldn't figure out that dragging heavy bags around was a terrible idea.
We see the same pattern today as well. Teams obsessing over the next big AI features, Industry disrupting innovation etc etc
But when you talk to the actual customers. They're frustrated with login processes. Waiting days to hear from support team. Trying to figure out basic features that should just work.
Many times your biggest competitive advantage isn't always the moonshot idea. It's often the obvious problem everyone else is ignoring because it seems too simple to matter.
Stop looking for your moon landing.
Start looking at what your customers are still dragging across the floor.
