Grateful to receive the Economic Time Excellence Award 2025 for Excellence in Mental Health Technology, presented by the Hon'ble Governor of Uttarakhand.

I've always believed that technology is a powerful equalizer in mental health, shattering barriers of geography, accessibility, and, most importantly, the reluctance to seek help. Creating digital health solutions in this field has truly been one of the most interesting journeys of my career.

Some years teach you. Some years reward you. 2025 did both.
